Like we did this week remove people with zero points

The only reason why we're not removing inactive Members was to not look so "empty" for potential Members looking for an Union. We were waiting to get "full house" before starting removing .
But from time to time, its good to refresh / kick the inactive Members and/or the ones not helping/progressing much
Anyway, thanks for the suggestion, maartje.

I guess that advertising on world chat will only bring us very new Players, that wont be able to help us much on Tourneys.

Yes, I am not sure advertising on the World Chat will get us confirmed players.
I tend to think we are in a good consolidation phase where we can keep improving staff and facilities and improve our ranking without necessarily getting in more members.
There will be a point where we will "automatically" attract some more experienced players.

I think it would help if we get used to say "hi" and "good night" on chat, so we know when you just logged in ( and should be playing for the next minutes / hours ) and when you go offline for more than 8 hours ..
Sometimes im reassigning co-leaders, because they are online, but sometimes being online does not mean paying attention or active.
Would be easier for me if i could knew your "availability" during the Tourneys .
Although, i think i'll start having in consideration "where are you from" , so having someone as co-leader from US and Asia could be a help to cover all the time ( keep deleting the "bad" tasks ) .
And thanks for your opinion. Let's sort a way to "play" better with the tasks .

Or maybe i'll start keeping the same co-leaders all the time, the ones who are paying attention to the tasks ..
Or, if you'll be active for several hours, please, request co-leader via chat ..
Let's try some of this new approaches on the next Tourney !

So for the next Tourney, i'll keep 2 permanent co-Leaders :
- SunShine Gen
- Maisyarah1308
And the 3rd "seat" i'll keep rotating between online Top Members.
Maybe it will work better this way .
